Both Bright Clicks Marketing and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the engagement.
Limitation of Liability
Bright Clicks Marketing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific services in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of any outstanding fees.
Changes to Terms
Bright Clicks Marketing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically.
